On December 1st, 2018 Supporters of the SAFH Clinic will join together at Crystal Banquet for supporting the mission to provide healthcare to the uninsured of the community. Come join us in the mission to change one life at a time. 100% of the proceeds will be used to support those in our community that suffer from chronic illnesses and that need on going care provided by the SA Foundation For Humanity Inc.
